We’re trying to get better about using leftovers in a more creative way. Sometimes it’s ok to just warm something up but when we have the time and energy it’s fun to mix it up. We made a pork tenderloin the other day with a honey – chili glaze and it was pretty good. Today we took slices of that and fried it with a panko coating and added a cream sauce. A bit fussy for lunch but yummy and easy.
